lol i put on a pair of jeans that i havent worn since before christmas just to bum around and do chores in but they literally are so loose they are falling off

Lost 10lbs in two weeks. Hopefully by next week itll be a stone! Been doing really well as I’m just trying to eat healthily rather than diet and not restrict myself which is what made me gave up all those other times. Like, if I want some crisps, I’ll have some but not have them every single day and stop at one packet! For breakfast, I’ve had poached eggs on hovis nimble toast, then for dinner I’ve had home made chicken stew, grilled salmon, grilled chicken and I’ve got chilli in the freezer and going to make a couple of different soups, like French onion. Drinking is still a minor problem but realistically I’m not going to give that up! Just try and stick to vodka. I’m enjoying exercising cause it makes me feel happier than most other stuff at the moment…been doing Zumba, walking alot and am going to pilates on Wednesday’s. I’ve yet to join the gym simply because my mum is insisting I buy an nus card to get a discount before she gets my membership, and I’m just waiting to have the spare money to get that! Hope I can keep this up I feel so much better already :)

Last night was so good, oceana never fails to deliver! And to top it all off I managed to avoid buying macdonalds on the way home and I’ve lost another lb, which is 4 so far since like Saturday :) AND Paul is coming round today. Happy happy happy
